Very responsive and takes really great care of their customers. I have multiple problems post their service and they showed up everytime I called them. I would really recommend their service. Really worth the price.

Isaac was very helpful. He was super informative every step of the way and explained everything. He was professional and respectful. Since having Apline come out we have noticed a drastic change. They really made a difference in the pest issue we were having. Would definitely recommend!

Alpine does a great job and have been with them for over 5 years now. Dustin, the owner is great and amazing! Any issues I have brought up, they have fixed. I love that they are very prideful in their work and is always trying to make the client happy!

8 years later and STILL no complaints. Great communication. Good technicians and the best office staff ever to meet your every need. You won’t be sorry if you sign up with them. 7 years later still going strong with Alpine. We get messaged before the technician arrives. Yesterday when Shane showed up he came to the door first to ask if there were any special problems we needed addressed. Always efficient in communication and work done. If. you haven’t tried them you should. We started with one company just for the initial treatment and then we met Dustin. I can't even begin to describe the difference but the first company came out with a little canister (and we have a big lot and a big house) and the "initial" treatment took them only 15 minutes. After noticing that we still had a ton of red wasps we spoke with Dustin. We changed to him and even though he just did our initial treatment what he did compared to the other company was unbelievably amazing. He took almost two hours which we didn't expect and was very thorough and addressed our concerns and made sure what he was using was effective but also safe for our small dog. Very personable, great communication, on time and great service. Thanks Still can’t say enough about this company. Dustin continues to have amazing communication, the best service ever and he never cuts corners. We like knowing ahead of time by a week or so when he’s coming out and again that morning with a specific time. If you don’t have someone you won’t be disappointed. If you have someone you aren’t happy with you gave to give him a try. That’s what we did Another fabulous treatment and we still can't believe how thorough he is. 5/14/20 Still can't say enough about this company. Always professional, always on time, always great communications and great service! You won't be disappointed if you try them. 7/22. Still continue to be amazed at the great customer service, thoroughness of treatment and the follow up. We have had Bart for the last two treatments and unbelievable is not strong enough of a word for his amazing service. Thanks Dustin, Amber, Bart and the other technicians. You are so appreciated especially in this horrible heat.

I have been using Alpine Pest Solutions since I moved into my home in November 2020. They get the job done, no bug issues at my home. They are responsive to any immediate issues that may arise between services and don't charge me. I get solicited by other companies on a regular basis, yeah they might be $5 cheaper at first but if the wheel isn't broken, don't fix it. I haven't had any issues that they didn't immediately address... that's an awesome service and they have done some off the cuff treatments such as a closed attic when I my patio extension was under construction. They came over while there was access to the attic space and put down the bug prevention. I don't know any company that would do that for you on a moments notice. They treated it like a routine issue between treatments. Sometimes there maybe an issue with a routine treatment but they are responsive and out there in no time to correct it. I'm fully satisfied and don't plan on changing my service. They get the job done.
